Welcome to My Guitar Tabs! By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this app.
Personal Use Only
My Guitar Tabs is designed for users to create, store, and share their own guitar tabs for personal use only. Users may not share, distribute, or sell any copyrighted or unlawful content.
Ownership of Content
My Guitar Tabs does not claim any ownership rights over any content created by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that:
- Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
- Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
- Is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
- Contains any form of advertising or solicitation.
Copyright Compliance
My Guitar Tabs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users must ensure that all content they create and store within the app is free of copyrighted material unless they have explicit permission from the copyright holder. Any violation of copyright laws may result in the immediate termination of the user's account.
My Guitar Tabs does not host a public library and does not provide access to copyrighted content publicly.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. My Guitar Tabs is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a user’s account. Users agree to notify My Guitar Tabs immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.
Limitation of Liability
My Guitar Tabs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. My Guitar Tabs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Guitar Tabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or data corruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the app. Users acknowledge that they use the app at their own risk and are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, or share.
Payments
Certain features of My Guitar Tabs may require payment. By purchasing a premium account, users agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Cloud Services Availability
My Guitar Tabs may provide cloud-based features as part of the app experience. These cloud services are provided on an “as available” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including for users with active or paid subscriptions. In the event cloud services are discontinued, users will continue to have access to the app and all non-cloud features. Discontinuation of cloud services does not entitle users to a refund unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Changes to Pricing
My Guitar Tabs reserves the right to change pricing or subscription terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app and will apply to future billing cycles.
Termination of Use
My Guitar Tabs may suspend or terminate access to the app if a user violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activity. In the event of account termination for cause, the user forfeits access to all features, including Premium features, without the right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Changes to Terms of Service
My Guitar Tabs may update these terms of service. Users will be notified of any changes through the app. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
