In the latest version of My Guitar Tabs, you can now export your tabs to plain text (ASCII Tab).

Ascii export Example

ASCII Tab is a common format used to write, share and read tabs online. Because tabs in this format are plain text, these can easily be copied and pasted anywhere.

Writing tabs in text format, however, is time consuming and it's easy to make mistakes. To improve this, we have added support to export your tabs written in My Guitar Tabs to this format. Check our guide on how to export tabs to text
